The status of your order can be found as follows:
In ‘My account’
- Login with your Veliche Gourmet account
- Choose ‘Order history’ in theleft menu
- Findthe order of whichyou want toknowthe status. Ifyou click on thisyouwillseethe status of your order.
Meaning of status
- Pending: the order has been received. The payment has yettobereceived.
- Confirmed: your order has been received, paidand is beingforwardedtoour warehouse.
- Completed: your order has been received, paidand sent.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. In addition, you will receive a tracking number with which PostNL can deliver the order.
