The status of your order can be found as follows: 

In ‘My account’ 

  • Login with your Veliche Gourmet account
  • Choose ‘Order history’ in theleft menu
  • Findthe order of whichyou want toknowthe status. Ifyou click on thisyouwillseethe status of your order.

Meaning of status

  • Pending: the order has been received. The payment has yettobereceived.
  • Confirmed: your order has been received, paidand is beingforwardedtoour warehouse.
  • Completed: your order has been received, paidand sent.

By email

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. In addition, you will receive a tracking number with which PostNL can deliver the order.
