What if the product quality is not as I expected?
If there are problems with the product our customer service will help to find a solution. If that does not work then we will take the product back.
If something is wrong, please let us know directly, no later than 3 months after your order. Please ensure to enclose the appropriate proofs of purchase.
What if my package is damaged?
If the package is damaged and you have already accepted it, please contact our customer service by phone. The courier will bear the costs of return via the different return options: pick up by courier or hand in at Pick up station.
